The items are shipped only after payment or confirmation via token amount from the customer. We don't reserve the goods on verbal conversation.

It take 1-2 days for processing the order since each item is thoroughly checked before dispatch & handed over to the courier partner.

We offer Cash on Delivery service with a initial token amount as order confirmation security money.

Return & Exchange Policy
We dont offer Returns for our goods.

In case of any damage while transit we either send a replacement or refund the amount.

We offer warranty for 18 months for Liquid Nitrogen Containers.
​
We are associated with Cryoseal Brand for more than 25 years.

To claim the Warranty Service, you have to send the service details along with purchase details. ( If the container is exposed to any outer damage or mishandling, the container will not be eligible for warranty claim).
